Victorian Coach Rankings
For those of you out there who've always wondered who the current best tournament coach in Victoria is, this is the page for you! The Victorian Coach Rankings will be updated after every tournament, and will show a live ladder of every Victorian coach's current ranking/
The Victorian Coach Ranking System is similar to that used by The NAF to rank all NAF-registered Blood Bowl coaches worldwide. We use the same formula that The NAF uses to generate an ELO-style ranking based on every VBBA-registered Victorian Coach's results at Blood Bowl tournaments.
The Vic Rankings will be a perpetual score, and will not reset every year like the Vic Masters Championship. Every coach begins with a Ranking of 150 and this will increase or decrease depending on the coach's results at every VBBA-registered tournament. When you win a game your ranking increases, and when you lose your ranking decreases.
The Ranking is adjusted based on the Ranking of your opponent, so you would gain more ranking points by beating a coach with a higher Ranking than one with a lower Ranking. The size of a tournament will also have an effect on the size of the change in ranking.
Qualifying Tournaments
To contribute it's results to the Victorian Coach Rankings, a tournament needs to follow the following guidelines:

(a) Based in Victoria
(b) Minimum of 12 coaches
(c) Open to all coaches to attend (ie. the tournament cannot be a private event amongst friends)
(d) NAF-registered (this is to ensure the tournament format and ruleset has been reviewed and approved by the NAF)
